Like her childhood hero, Priscilla saw the transformational power of fashion and glamor, believing that every woman has the potential to be a glamorous warrior.
As a natural artist and creative spirit, Priscilla found herself becoming the go-to beautician for her five foster sisters and the neighborhood’s residents, young and old. She recognized the power of hair and makeup to elevate confidence and elegance in any and every one.
After starting her own family with two children, Priscilla revisited her passion for fashion and beauty, embarking on a journey to pursue a career in cosmetology. With determination as her compass and raw talent as her guide, she ventured into the world of entrepreneurship, carving out her path as a professional black businesswoman.
Despite the challenges of being in a small town, Priscilla’s hunger for diversity and inclusion led her to a renowned high-end salon in Charlotte. There, at Carmen Carmen, she refined her craft, gaining invaluable experience and confidence. Over the years, she climbed the ranks, eventually becoming a lead educator, imparting her wisdom and expertise to aspiring stylists.
Driven by an unwavering passion for excellence, Priscilla set out to carve her own niche in the industry, continuously pushing the boundaries of her skills. Through triumphs and setbacks, she remained steadfast in her pursuit, evolving into a seasoned business owner and master stylist, with a specialization in hair color.
